This site is dedicated to providing information about the fire at BioLab’s facility in Conyers, Georgia. Maintained by the Unified Command response team, it provides information to the public on the status of the incident and response. The Unified Command includes representatives from U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the Georgia Environmental Protection Division, Rockdale County, and BioLab. BioLab’s Community Support Resources

24/7 Call Center & Claims Requests: Reimbursements can be requested by contacting BioLab’s call center at (678) 301-2359, or by emailing [email protected]

Community Assistance Center: Residents and business owners can visit the in-person center for claims and reimbursement appointments and to get assistance with general information and inquiries. Appointments can be scheduled on BioLabCommunityResources.com. A limited number of walk-in appointments are also available each day on a first come, first served basis.

  • Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Debris Clean-Up Requests: Requests can be submitted to [email protected] or by calling BioLab’s hotline at (770) 697-7522. Residents submitting requests will be contacted to schedule their debris pickup.
